1. Using O'Commerce
O'Commerce is a university-focused marketplace connecting customers with student entrepreneurs. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials secure and for the activity performed through your account. Customer and entrepreneur access may coexist under the same authenticated identity.
3. Products and orders
Entrepreneurs are responsible for the accuracy of their product information, availability, pricing, fulfilment, and communications. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and pickup information.
4. Payments and communication
Where an order uses an external payment or messaging channel, users should follow the instructions shown by O'Commerce and the relevant entrepreneur. O'Commerce does not represent that every external payment or communication channel is continuously available.
5. Ratings
Customers may rate an entrepreneur after an order is marked delivered. Ratings should reflect the genuine experience and comfortability of the transaction. Abusive, deceptive, or irrelevant content may be moderated.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use O'Commerce for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized access, malicious activity, prohibited goods, or attempts to interfere with the service or other users.
7. Service changes
O'Commerce may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops. We will aim to keep users informed of material changes where appropriate.
